Chief of Staff & Executive Assistant to the CEO

About the Role-

We are looking for a highly capable Chief of Staff & Executive Assistant to the CEO to work closely with the CEO and senior management of the leading and largest e-commerce company in its market.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role combining executive support with independent project ownership, operational execution, and company-wide coordination.

The position requires a sharp, execution-oriented professional who acts as a force multiplier for the CEO—bringing structure, follow-through, and clarity across key priorities in a complex, high-scale organization.

Key Responsibilities-

CEO & Executive Support


Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, travel, and logistics with exceptional attention to detail.
Coordinate calendars and scheduling across senior leadership and external parties.
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, summaries, and action items
Ensure execution and follow-up on decisions made by the CEO and executive management


Chief of Staff / Business Execution


Lead and manage independent, cross-functional projects on behalf of the CEO
Track company-level initiatives, strategic priorities, and deadlines
Act as a central coordination point between the CEO, senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners
Support planning processes, management routines, and executive decision-making
Assist with executive presentations, internal communications, and leadership materials


Operational Excellence


Create structure, order, and operational discipline in a high-scale, multi-team environment.t
Identify execution gaps, risks, and bottlenecks and proactively address them. Em.
Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability.


Requirements-


Native-level English (spoken and written)
Proven experience as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant to a CEO, or similar senior executive support role
Strong project management, prioritization, and execution skills
Ability to manage multiple parallel priorities with accuracy and sound judgment
High level of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness
Strong business judgment and problem-solving mindset
Experience with Shopify – an advantage
