Junior Webmaster - maternity leave replacement

As a Webmaster, you will work closely with product, R&D, and designers to coordinate, manage, and create a range of content elements and pages across our site, serving as an expert in our organization's content management system (CMS).

Job description:

· Managed our CMS system and was in charge of maintaining the order

Flow throughout the website

· Providing technical support to company departments, solving issues, and enhancing site functionality in collaboration with R&D, QA, and product teams.

· Ability to diagnose and resolve challenging issues, assisting all departments

· Support of Customer Service issues and site incidents

· Meeting fast Service Level Agreement (SLA) time frames

 

Job requirements:

· experience in similar positions (E-commerce - an advantage)

· Fluent in English (verbal and written)

· Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of internal system users and stakeholders across the company, and also 3rd third-party companies

· Ability to leverage AI-based tools to troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and optimize content management processes

· Work in a high-pressure and time-sensitive environment

· Self-learner and team player with strong technological skills

· High level of familiarity with the E-commerce platform (Magneto 2 – an advantage)

· Knowledge of HTML and CSS – advantage

· Knowledge of SQL – advantage
